2021 ECC - Pittsburgh Dining

Pittsburgh Dining

When considering dining options this weekend, SportsPITTSBURGH encourages you to plan ahead to avoid long waits. Contact restaurants ahead of time and make reservations, if possible.

Pittsburgh is expecting a heavy volume of visitor traffic throughout the holiday weekend. And, due to state-wide COVID-19 mitigation restrictions, restaurants and bars are currently operating at 75% capacity through May 30.

While many of you are accustomed to grabbing a bite only a few steps from your hotel, we encourage you to branch out to our vibrant neighborhoods within walking distance of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center (DLLCC).

Pittsburgh has a plethora of dining options! Whether you prefer fast-casual, local treats or even award-winning bites, you'll find it in Pittsburgh. Check out a listing of local dining options in our See & Do Guide

The DLLCC is conveniently located near Market Square and the Strip District, where you can select from a variety of restaurants. And, consider a walk across the 6th Street Bridge to the North Shore, where more options await. Please note – the Pittsburgh Pirates are in the midst of a four-game homestand at PNC Park. Expect increased traffic along the North Shore, too.

A short ride on the 'T' will take you across the Monongahela River and into Station Square, home to family-friendly restaurants like Buca di Beppo, Hard Rock Café, Joe's Crab Shack and more!

Do not forget food delivery options such as GrubHubDoor Dash and Uber Eats. And, learn where Pittsburgh's food trucks are parked through Mobile Nom.

Have extra time on your hands? Consider an Only in Pittsburgh experience. Many of these attractions will take you into one of Pittsburgh's 90 unique neighborhoods, where you will find even more dining options.

SportsPITTSBURGH and our local community is thrilled to welcome East Coast Volleyball to Pittsburgh this weekend – good luck!
